Things looked pretty bleak when I got sick just a few days into the challenge, but I managed to tough it out, and I did not miss a single day. I have trouble sticking to things, so it was important to me that my husband did these with me and kept me moving even on nights when I just wanted to put on my fat pants and watch tv.
Let’s face it, I’m lazy. I’ll be the first one to admit that! But 10 minutes of exercise isn’t going to kill me, and it’s really not cutting into my night.
As we reached the end of our 30-days, we started discussing what we were going to do next. Should we just start over? Keep going and keep adding reps every night? Nope!
Instead, I decided that I was going to make my own challenges. I decided that three challenges are a pretty good way to get all our muscles groups touched on, so for the next 30 days we’ll be working on:
