This week, we’ll be trying out one new main dish recipe as well as two favorites. I found a new recipe for low-carb breaded chicken tenders, and I thought we could try them on some delicious keto buns. I might make two batches of the buns so we can have some for other meals as well.
Last week’s menu did pretty well, though it fell apart completely on Friday and we ended up hitting Wendy’s after a long day, and even longer week. But until then, we stuck to it and tried some new things. We did try out cloud bread, and while it didn’t taste bad, it certainly didn’t have a bread texture and not much flavor either. Prep took me approximately 20 minutes, but that’s mostly because I was being slow. If I’d been in a hurry, I could have had it done in 15. The biggest time saver is to drain, rinse and pat the tomatoes dry while the sausage is browning.
